Flagstaff Celebrates Success is our region’s premier awards gala, hosted annually by Flagstaff County in celebration of the people behind our thriving small businesses — and now, our dedicated volunteers.
Held in conjunction with Small Business Week, this fall tradition shines a light on the entrepreneurs, innovators, and community builders who make Flagstaff County strong, vibrant, and full of opportunity.
Each year, we gather for an inspiring evening of recognition and storytelling — complete with a locally made meal, a powerful keynote, and heartfelt moments that highlight the pride, perseverance, and passion behind local success.
