The Business Supports Program (BSP) is an initiative aimed at supporting business retention and expansion in the Flagstaff Region. The BSP is a tailored support program that provides businesses with access to professional supports and funding (eg. strategy support, marketing and sales, accounting and finance, human resources, operations, studies, training, etc.). While the program has clear methodology and structure, it has been designed to ensure a client-centric and needs-based approach is taken.

BSP Goals & Objectives

The Business Support Program has been created to help the Flagstaff Region achieve its long-term goal of fostering economic growth, sustainability, and resilience.

Through the BSP, Flagstaff County seeks to achieve the following outcomes:

Program Phases

The BSP is delivered in six interconnected phases to ensure a comprehensive approach to business support. Each phase is tailored to meet the unique needs of participants and provides targeted guidance at every step of their entrepreneurial journey.

Available Funding & Professional Support

Businesses accepted into the EEP Business Support Program can access up to $5,000 in funding for professional support, tailored to their business needs. The BSP provides access to professional support in a variety of areas, including:

  • Strategy Development
  • Marketing & Sales
  • Accounting & Financial Management
  • Human Resources
  • Operational Improvements
  • Business Studies & Research
  • Workshops & Training Sessions
