Includes: 16’ Moldboard, 17.5R25 Snowplus tires, Blade lift accumulators, Weldco Beale 12’ mastless snow wing with hydraulic push pole and a rear Ripper. Current hours: 8,500. Estimated hours as of February 15th/26: 8,750. Guaranteed trade-in: $235,000.00. Front lift group and dozer are not being sold with grader.
G321 – 2021 John Deere 772GP AWD Grader. Serial #: 1DW772GPPMF711375. Includes: 16’ Moldboard, 17.5R25 Snowplus tires, Blade lift accumulators, BESEL 12’ mastless snow wing with hydraulic push pole. Current hours: 5,955. Estimated hours as of February 15th/26 – 6,400. Guaranteed trade-in: $255,000.00. Front lift group and dozer are not being sold with grader.
G1319 – 2019 Caterpillar 160M3 AWD Grader. Serial #: CAT0160MJN9T00354. Includes: 16’ Moldboard, 17.5R25 Snowplus tires, Blade lift accumulators, Weldco Beale 12’ mastless snow wing with hydraulic push pole and a rear Ripper. Current hours: 6,950. Estimated hours as of February 15th/26: 7,300. Guaranteed trade-in: $300,000.00. Front lift group and dozer are not being sold with grader.
- This equipment can be viewed at the County Shop in Sedgewick and will be sold on an “as is basis”. Kilometres may vary slightly depending on time of sale.

- Please drop off or courier the form in a sealed envelope marked “USED GRADERS” to Flagstaff County Administration Office, Box 358, 12435 Twp Rd 442, Sedgewick, AB.
- Closing date for bidding on items is Friday, January 23rd, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The highest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
- The winning bid recommendations will go to the next Council meeting for approval. Once approved, items may be picked up.
