Flagstaff County invites bids for the sale of the following used miscellaneous equipment:

WT21 – 2007 John Deere 6430 FWA premium tractor, with a JD673 Loader w/grapple fork. Tractor Ser. #: L06430H517849. Loader Ser. #: W00673C001443. Tractor hours: 8,555.

WT115 – 2015 McCormick X6,460L FWA tractor, comes with a 3-point hitch. Tractor Ser. #: SW5CA09157. Hours: 5,389.

ASB115 & ASB216 – 2015, XH1500 series 3 Schulte Batwing mower, comes with a 2016 FLX1510 Schulte Flex arm. Mower Ser. #: C30611691405. Flex Arm Ser. #: A10510389605.

ASB119 – 2019 Kuhn GMD280HD Disk mower. Ser. #: B3807. Note: The mower is missing the two swath disks and mounting arms.

WT117 – 2017 Kubota ZD1211 72” Zero turn mower. Ser. #: 21334. Hours: 882.

  • This equipment can be viewed on our website at the County Shop in Sedgewick and will be sold on an “as is basis”. Kilometres and hours may vary slightly depending on time of sale.

  • Please send bids in a sealed envelope marked “USED EQUIPMENT TENDER” to Flagstaff County Administration Office, Box 358, 12435 TWP RD 442, Sedgewick, AB.
  • Closing date for bidding on items is Thursday, June 26th, 2025 at 11:00:00 a.m. MST. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
  • The winning bid recommendations will go to the July 16 Council meeting for approval. Once approved, items may be picked up.

Lougheed Grader Shed Concrete Floor Replacement Tender

Flagstaff County is inviting bids for the removal and replacement of an approximately 18′ x 40′ concrete floor slab at the Lougheed Grader Shed located in Lougheed, Alberta. This open and competitive opportunity requires the contractor to provide all necessary labour, equipment, materials, expertise, supervision, and incidentals as outlined in the Tender.

  • Mandatory Pre-tender meeting is on May 13, 2025 at 11:00:00 am MST at the Lougheed Grader Shed
  • Closing date for the tender is June 10, 2025, at 11:00:00 am MST
