Program Goals and Objectives

The Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program has been created to support the Flagstaff Region’s long-term vision of fostering a resilient, diverse, and sustainable local economy.

Through targeted support and professional services, the program aims to achieve the following:

✔ Strengthen the Local Economy – Help diversify and fortify our regional economy through strategic business support.
✔ Empower Business Growth – Provide tools and resources to help businesses expand and seize new opportunities.
✔ Foster Business Success – Assist local businesses that are ready to take the next step toward success.
✔ Ensure Business Viability – Support businesses in overcoming challenges to remain competitive and sustainable.

Program Phases

The EEP is delivered in six interconnected phases to ensure a comprehensive approach to business support. Each phase is tailored to meet the unique needs of participants and provides targeted guidance at every step of their entrepreneurial journey.

Available Funding & Professional Support

Entrepreneurs accepted into the EEP Business Support Program can access up to $5,000 in funding for professional services, tailored to their business needs.

This funding can be used to access expert advice, tools, and resources that can help strengthen your business in key areas such as:

  • Business Planning
  • Marketing & Branding
  • Financial Management
  • Operations & Processes
  • Growth Strategies
