Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, for the purpose of adopting the village of Lougheed / Flagstaff County intermunicipal development plan.
WHEREAS Section 63 I ( 1) of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the
Statutes ofAlberta, provides that two or more Councils may, by each passing
a Bylaw, adopt an Intermunicipal Development Plan;
