Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, for the purpose of adopting the village of Forestburg / Flagstaff County inter-municipal development plan.
WHEREAS Section 631( 1) of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of
the Statutes of Alberta, provides that two or more Councils may, by each
passing a Bylaw, adopt an Inter -municipal Development Plan;
