Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, for the purpose of adopting the Flagstaff County / Town of Daysland / Village of Forestburg intermunicipal collaboration framework.

WHEREAS Pursuant to Part 17.2 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M26 of the Statutes of Alberta, hereinafter referred to as the Act,
municipalities that have common boundaries must, by adopting
matching bylaws, create an Intermunicipal Collaboration Framework,
hereinafter referred to as ICF, with each other;
