Bylaw 09/ 20 is a bylaw of Flagstaff County in the Province of Alberta, to provide for a tax installment payment plan and provide for penalties on current and arrears of property taxes.
WHEREAS Section 340 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M- 26, Revised Statues of Alberta, 2000,
and amendments hereto, states a Council may by bylaw permit taxes to be paid by installments, at the
option of the taxpayer;
