Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, to establish the subdivision authority of Flagstaff County.
WHEREAS pursuant to Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c. M-26, the
purpose of Part 17 is to provide a means whereby plans and related matters may be prepared and
adopted to achieve orderly, economical, and beneficial development, use of land and patterns of
human settlement;
