Repealing Bylaw 02-11 Penalties on Taxes

Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, for the purpose of repealing Bylaw 02/ 11 to provide for penalties for unpaid taxes.


WHEREAS Bylaw 02/ 11, duly passed by the Council of Flagstaff County on April
13, 2011, to provide for penalties for unpaid taxes, is no longer deemed
necessary or in the best interests of the residents of Flagstaff County.
