Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, for the purpose of establishing regulations and procedures for the retention and disposition of Flagstaff County records and information.
WHEREAS, Section 208 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Revised Statutes of
Alberta 2000, and amendments thereto, requires the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure the
bylaws and minutes of Council meetings and all other records and documents of the municipality
are kept safe;
