Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, for the purpose of adopting the County of Paintearth No. 18 / Flagstaff County Intermunicipal Development Plan.
WHEREAS Section 631( 1) of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the
Statutes of Alberta, provides that two or more Councils may, by each passing
a Bylaw, adopt an Intermunicipal Development Plan;
