Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County of the province of Alberta to establish an intermunicipal subdivision and development appeal board for the Village of Alliance, the Town of Daysland, Flagstaff County, the Village of Forestburg, the Town of Hardisty, the Village of Heisler, the Town of Killam, the Village of Lougheed and the Town of Sedgewick.

WHEREAS Section 627 of the Municipal Government Act authorizes a municipality to enter into an
agreement with one or more municipalities to establish an intermunicipal subdivision and
development appeal board;
