Bylaw 07/20 is a bylaw of Flagstaff County in the province of Alberta, for the establishment of a residential assessment subclass.
WHEREAS The Municipal Government Act ( Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 Chapter M- 26) Section 297 ( 2)
council may divide class 1 — Residential assessment into sub -classes ” on any basis it considers
appropriate”.
