Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the Province of Alberta, for the purpose of cancelling subdivision Plan No. 9322480, Lot 1.
WHEREAS Section 658(1) of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, provides that on the application of one or more owners of land in a plan of subdivision, a council may, by bylaw, order the plan cancelled, in whole or in part.
