Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the province of Alberta, for the purpose of cancelling subdivision plan no. 1124124.
WHEREAS
Section 658( 1) of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the
Statutes of Alberta, provides that on the application of one or more owners of
land in plan of subdivision, a council may, by bylaw, order the plan cancelled,
in whole or in part;
