Being a bylaw of Flagstaff County, in the Province of Alberta, for the purpose of authorizing an amendment to bylaw 01/23 being the land use bylaw.
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, R.S. A. 2000, as amended (” the Act”)
provides that a Municipal Council may amend its Land Use Bylaw.
WHEREAS the Council of Flagstaff County wishes to amend its Land Use Bylaw as
it affects certain lands.
